"Walk-in wardrobe"

  1. New walk-in wardrobe in under eaves storage area for bedroom.



    Fitted cabinets, coats hooks, and clothes rail behind two opening wardrobe doors and one fixed door panel. Customer very happy with storage solution.


"French Door Repairs"

  1. Renovated French Doors.



    Removed rotten wood, replaced weather boards, applied filler, sanded, primed and gloss coated French doors. Customer was delighted with results.


"Understairs Storage solution"

  1. Removed hinged cupboard doors under stairs, removed tongue and groove panelling, levelled floor, assembled pull out cabinets on castor wheels, and refitted skirting and panelled fronts to cabinets.





    Pull out cabinets with one or two shelves, enough for 25-30 pairs of shoes and boots.


"Bay Window Shutters Installation"

  1. Installing plantation shutters into a box bay window. Packed and beaded around shutters, filled, caulked and painted for perfect finish.





    Supplied, primed and fitted corner posts. Assembled and fixed shutter frames.


"Room Renovation"

  1. This involved repairing walls, skirting boards, removing carpet curtains, painting radiator and fixing blinds.



    Sockets, switches, ceiling rose and pendant also replaced.


"Tree Lopping"

  1. Lopped several limbs from this tree, so that brought down to two and a half meters.


"Attic Storage Doors"

  1. Concealed boiler and large storage area under sloping roof in attic to allow the rest of room to be used as a bedroom. Frame constructed from planed interior wood with studs to accommodate as many opening doors as possible.



    Cut the door panels to accommodate sloping ceiling of attic, 3-4 hinges and handle on each opening door.



    Access to boiler with easily removable studs either side when greater access required, i.e. for boiler maintenance. Access to low-level storage under eaves, with a removable panel in the corner.


"Fence Installation"

  1. Replaced wooden fence behind shrubs and trees to property boundary. This was a tricky project with limited access to dig in fence posts and position fence panels.





"Wall Repairs"

  1. Repairing of cracks in wall paster - this was tackled in 3 visits in order to achieve the best possible finish.



    Raked out hair-line cracks and filled. Sanded to smooth overall finish, undercoated and final top coat with matching supplied paint.


"Door renovations"

  1. Renovations to many of the internal doors in an Edwardian era house.



    Before and after. Woodwork repairs, beading attached to attain consistent styling, paint touch-ups, and new door handles throughout.


"New Gate"

  1. Constructed a wide wooden gate to side of house.



    This is one of several wooden gates constructed over the years. This particular one was 1.2m wide. Previous projects included taller and shorter gates.


"Bathroom Renovations"

  1. Replaced shower mixer, shower head, rail and tray, removed old silicone sealant and applied new, added towel rail, new light and replaced shaver point.
