Terms

  1. Payment Payment is due upon completion of the work. Cash or bank transfer are accepted.
  2. Deposit A deposit may be required where materials need to be purchased before work can commence.
  3. Cancellation If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
  4. Liability While every precaution taken to ensure safety during our work, no liability will be accepted for any damage, injury, or loss that may occur as a result of our services.
  5. Warranty Work is guaranteed for 30 days after completion. If you experience any issues within this time frame, please let us know and we will make it right.
  6. Materials Any materials we purchase for your project will be charged at cost, plus a small markup to cover our time and travel expenses.
  7. Estimates Where an estimate for work is provided, if additional work is required or requested, an updated estimate will be provided before proceeding.
  1. Access You must provide access to the property and all necessary information to complete the work.
  2. Insurance Liability insurance protects our customers and ourselves. However, it is recommended that you carry homeowners' insurance to protect your property.
  3. Changes If you need to make changes to the work to be done, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but changes may result in additional charges.
  4. Disputes Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration. If necessary, legal action may be taken to recover any monies owed.
